Asa Akira

Who is Asa Akira?

Asa Akira is an American performer who began her career in 2006 and later added writing and directing to her work. She won AVN’s Female Performer of the Year in 2013 and has been inducted into several industry halls of fame. Few performers of her generation have a media footprint as wide as hers.

Author, host, podcaster

Asa is the author of two memoirs, Insatiable: Porn, A Love Story (2014) and Dirty Thirty (2016), and the editor of the 2017 anthology Asarotica. She has co-hosted the DVDASA podcast with the artist David Choe since 2013, fronted the 2016 web reality show The Sex Factor, appeared as a guest on The Eric Andre Show and showed up as herself on Family Guy. She has also written publicly about feminism. All of this is public and professional, and this page does not speak for her.

Asa Akira on Candy AI

Asa Akira is one of the Candy Creators on Candy AI: verified creators whose AI twin you can chat with. The twin is a generated stand-in built from the creator’s look and style. It is not Asa Akira typing the replies, and it is not a recording. A legitimate twin exists with the creator’s agreement, which is what separates it from a deepfake. Our page on what digital twins are explains the difference.

Asa Akira in Candyshorts

Her twin leads two Candyshorts series. My Girlfriend’s Step-Aunt Is Asa Akira drops a nervous boyfriend into a family dinner where the new wife of his girlfriend’s uncle has her own agenda, and My One-Night Stand Is My Girlfriend’s Mom turns a holiday fling into a very awkward family evening, with one rule: nobody can find out.

Where to start

Both series run five short episodes and can be watched in any order. The step-aunt story is the lighter of the two; the one-night-stand story leans harder on suspense. Both are listed below with a synopsis and a link to each guide.
